 My name is Joseline Ching, and I’m 24 years old. I live in Guápiles, where I enjoy hiking, writing, and drawing. Nature inspires me, and I love exploring new trails. Another passion of mine is fermentatio. I’m obsessed with cultivating kombucha and kefir, always experimenting with different flavors. One interesting fact about me is that I have an uncanny ability to calculate people’s birth dates or ages based on when they were born. Numbers just click in my mind! Whether I’m out in nature or brewing a new batch of kombucha, I’m always eager to learn and explore.
