One of the best experiences I had was going on a hiking trip to Monteverde. My friends and I looked for the best trails because we wanted to see the beautiful cloud forest. We knew the weather could change, so we took hiking gear, snacks, and raincoats. But the hike was harder than we thought. The trail was very steep, and the air was hot and wet, so walking was difficult. Then, it started to rain, and we had to stop and wait. Even with these problems, reaching the viewpoint was amazing. We saw the big green forest, and everything was quiet and peaceful. This trip was a great adventure and made us love nature even more. Definitely, this trip to Monteverde was an unforgettable experience.

 My name is Joseline Ching, and I’m 24 years old. I live in Guápiles, where I enjoy hiking, writing, and drawing. Nature inspires me, and I love exploring new trails.
